My work combines a background in graphic design with technology and user-centered design thinking, for commercial and cultural projects, designing on screen and paper. With a strong focus on the information architecture, attentive to the way images and texts sustain their own intent and impact, mine own approach results in a content-based production.
I lived in Rome, then in Venice – to pursue a Master Degree in Visual and Communication Design from IUAV – then in Milan, where I still live today. In June 2014 I started my two years work at IL SOLE 24 ORE, largest italian financial newspaper, focusing on web design. From November 2016 I was part of the team of Studio POMO, working across UX/UI and content generation from initial concept moodboards to production and retouching. I learned to create unique experiences and to think out of the box with clients in the fashion, entertainment and cultural industries. I now work as consultant and freelance designer for several agencies in Milan.
SKILLS
In these years of work I learned these things:
1. Be clear and seek clarity.
2. Don't try to do everything at once.
3. Be brave.
4. Search constantly.
5. Be precise only when it's absolutely required.
6. Bribe the boss with the food of south of Italy.
7. Fight against "It can not be done!" of developers and printers.
